We're sorry to see you go. Here's what happens to your data.
What happens when you delete
In short: All your personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
When you delete your Cha-Ching account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar)
- Your notification preferences and history
- Your device tokens and push notification settings
- Your room memberships
- Your chip balance and transaction history
- Your bet stakes and outcome submissions
Note: To preserve room history integrity, your past bets will be anonymized (your identity removed) rather than deleted entirely. This ensures other members can still see their betting history.
How to delete your account
Delete from the app
- Open the Cha-Ching app on your device
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom navigation)
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision when prompted
This action is permanent. Once you delete your account, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Make sure you want to proceed before confirming deletion.
