01What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise contact us. This may include:

• Names
• Email addresses

Sensitive information. We do not process sensitive information such as racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs.

Social media login data. If you choose to register using a social media account, we collect certain profile information about you from that provider.

Application data. If you use our application, we may also collect the following if you grant permission:

• Mobile device access — certain device features, which you can manage in your device settings.
• Push notifications — a unique device push token (via Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging) routed through our provider, Expo. This token does not include your name or email.

Automatically collected information. We automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, and usage data when you use the Services, primarily to maintain security and for internal analytics.

Third-party services we use:

• Supabase — authentication and data storage. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Sentry — crash reporting and error tracking. See the Sentry Privacy Policy.
• Expo Push Notifications — delivering push notifications. See the Expo Privacy Policy.

We do not sell this information, and we only share what each service needs to perform its function. We do not currently use third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs.

We process your personal information so you can create and log in to your account, keep your account in working order, and so we can maintain and improve the Services.

03When and With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

Business transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business.

04Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services, to maintain security, prevent crashes, fix bugs, and save your preferences.

05How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?

Where you choose to register or log in using a third-party social account, we receive certain profile information such as your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information only as described in this notice. We recommend reviewing your social provider's own privacy notice.

06Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us in our facilities and those of the third parties we share information with, including facilities in the United States and other countries. We take necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this notice and applicable law.

07How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate need to process your personal information, we delete or anonymize it, or if that isn't possible, securely store and isolate it until deletion is possible.

08How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

No electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so while we work hard to protect your personal information, transmission to and from our Services is at your own risk.

09Do We Collect Information From Minors?

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to their use of the Services. If we learn we've collected data from someone under 18, we will deactivate the account and delete such data. Contact us at chaching@chachinggaming.com if you become aware of this.

10What Are Your Privacy Rights?

Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time using the contact details below. This won't affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

Account information. You can review or change your account information, or request account termination, at any time. Upon termination, we deactivate or delete your account and information, though we may retain some information where necessary to prevent fraud, troubleshoot, or comply with legal requirements.

Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can usually set your browser to remove or reject them, which may affect certain features.

11Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

There is currently no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals, so we do not respond to them at this time. If a legal standard is adopted, we will update this notice accordingly.

12Do United States Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

If you're a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have rights under applicable state law regarding your personal information.
